Drew's B-day

My Awesome Drew's b-day was May 21!  It was a fun day that started with his favorite breakfast, the Raingutter Rigata for scouts, a football game, then a party hosted by Uncle Frank!

Drew was given the builder of the Month award for school in May and this is what his Dad wrote about why Drew believes in his ability to succeed.

Believing in my ability to succeed

Andrew Brown is a boy that never gives up. Whether it is working on his math or spelling, or even building forts in his back yard, he works and works until he is satisfied he has done his best. Whenever anyone starts a big project like building a bike jump, a car out of a deer carrier, or building one of his many back yard forts, Drew is the first one to chip in. He knows the job can be done. He may not be sure exactly how it will be done, but he will work at it until he figures out a way to do it. Drew carries this ability into his school work. He may not understand how to work a math problem at first, or spell a word on his spelling list the first time, but he works hard until he has it figured it out.

His tenacity to stick to any project until he succeeds is one of his strengths. Whatever he decides to do with his life, we are sure he will be successful because he will find a way to succeed!

We love this boy!!!
