This morning Lidda had her medical exam which is necessary for us to apply for her US Visa. This is the final step before we bring her home. Once we have the her US visa in hand we will be heading home.
I'm curious if the docs mentioned anything about her lice/nits?? You probably did a great job cleaning her all up first {sorry you had to deal with lice- I grew up in Hawaii so that wouldn't throw me. It sounds like you took it in stride. For some reason with one adoption scabies seemed overwhelming to me}. I'm glad you brought shampoo with you. As mentioned, we have had to deal with scabies in China. If you find anything else, and don't have meds, the shops around the hotels on the island usually have meds left by other American families.
We are exicited to hear the progress and look forward to seeing your family all back together. It is nice to see how well she is doing, the airplane freakout not withstaning. :-)

What a sweetie. It looks like she did really well with the doctor appt! I'm happy to see you in Guangzhou, as you're one step closer to home.
