Six Months Ago....

Can you believe it was just six months ago that she came into our lives.  I still remember this strong but sweet little princess came marching up the stairs to meet us.  I can't imagine what she was feeling, but it had to be so scary.  I was scared too, but I am a grown woman, I knew how we got to that point.  She on the other hand had no control and had to trust us.  She has changed right before our eyes.  She has blossomed much like the sunflowers she is holding.  I know we will see more of her authentic self as time moves forward.

Liddia is so sweet, caring, and smart.  She loves babies!  She loves dolls.  She is crazy about her brothers and the feeling is mutual.  She loves her daddy and runs to him as soon as he comes home from work.  She loves her mommy too and we are loving each other more and more every day.

I think back on that day six months ago in wonder and amazement.  The hand of the Lord truly guided us the whole way.  It is such a testimony to me that He knows us each so individually and He loves us individually as well.
